A university is filling a position for a Remote Management and Leadership Course Instructor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Focusing on student learning and student success
- Teaching and assisting students as they engage specific sections of the WGU curriculum
- Functioning in a professorial role as subject matter expert
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel for training, Academic Meetings and/ or Commencements
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience teaching adults in Higher Education
- 5+ years of experience in leadership or management roles
- Doctorate in Leadership, Managment or closely related field from a regionally accredited institution
- Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in leadership or management roles
- Experience providing student support and instruction; demonstrated ability to work with struggling or at-risk learners
