Job Summary
A management consulting and IT support firm has a current position open for a Remote Management Consulting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Mid Talent Transformation Strategist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate DEIA and talent transformation programs, processes, and strategies
- Manage large-scale change efforts and help redesign business processes
- Work with clients to help them build and develop their workforces and evaluate program outcomes and impact
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, executing, monitoring, or evaluating DEIA strategies, programs, or initiatives
- Experience with talent development, talent management, organizational culture, workforce planning, employee engagement
- Experience with change management, or corporate strategy
- Knowledge of how organizational design, processes, and technology integrate with talent management to support organization mission
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
