Job Summary

A management consulting firm focused on providing services for federal customers is filling a position for a Remote Management Consulting Leasing Contract Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Prepare required documentation, to include cost estimates and proposal review
• Work closely with customers personnel, agencies, and contractors
• Perform pre-award contracting activities for tenant alterations and improvement

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Must have minimum of two (2) years federal real property lease contracting experience
• Must possess between 3 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Superior customer service, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of realty instruments and real estate terminology
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel
• Ability to monitor leased spaced requirements and procedures for compliance
