Job Summary
A specialty insurance company is in need of a Remote Management Liability Underwriting Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting underwriters in carrying out their essential duties and responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with underwriters, customers, and business partner
- Interacting with brokers to assist with follow up for underlying information, subjectivities, and account queries
Position Requirements Include:
- College degree preferred
- General knowledge of Professional Lines Insurance strongly preferred
- Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with agent/broker workforce
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate analytical ability with excellent oral/written communication skills
