Job Summary

A management software development firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Management Software Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building strategic relationships with multiple HR stakeholders
  • Partnering with Enterprise customers (1K-10K employees) to advance their employee feedback strategy
  • Identifying and developing opportunities for expansion where our platform can assist customers beyond their initial use

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Proficient with tools such as Google Suite, Zendesk, HubSpot, Trello and a variety of others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience bringing and executing on creative ideas to help contribute & influence the overall Customer Success practice
