Job Summary
A management software development firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Management Software Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building strategic relationships with multiple HR stakeholders
- Partnering with Enterprise customers (1K-10K employees) to advance their employee feedback strategy
- Identifying and developing opportunities for expansion where our platform can assist customers beyond their initial use
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proficient with tools such as Google Suite, Zendesk, HubSpot, Trello and a variety of others
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience bringing and executing on creative ideas to help contribute & influence the overall Customer Success practice
