Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Manager Clinical Operations.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in execution and management of clinical studies to deliver high-quality data to support our businesses
- Ensure communication with team is strong, ensuring feedback is provided in real-time through provision of leadership coaching
- Support associate development to maintain the highest level of engagement
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor or Masters in Science or Healthcare discipline
- 5+ years related experience in planning, executing and closing global clinical studies
- Experience with direct line management of staff including hiring, training, oversight and mentoring
- A demonstrated working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, ISO Standards, FDA/EU regulations
- Excellent record-keeping skills; good documentation practice
