Job Summary
A business and team software developer is seeking a Remote Manager of Sales Operations in Palo Alto .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as liaison between sales and operations and act as the sales process creator, analyst, and optimizer
- Informing and suggesting improvements for sales tools and workflows
- Constantly monitoring feedback from the sales team to improve the process and promote efficiency
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- You have a well-rounded understanding of typical sales processes and team structures
- Minimum 4-8 years experience in sales operations in high tech, with a minimum of 2 years recent SaaS experience
- Demonstrated expertise and success in the analysis, design, and automation of business processes
- Have a demonstrated data analytics ability to critically look at performance data and draw constructive conclusions from the results
- Have the ability to suggest and pitch process improvements or suggest efficiencies to improve the sales team performance
- Experience supporting SaaS Sales organizations
