Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Remote Managing Development Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building the organization’s individual giving and corporate gifts portfolio
• Developing and writing compelling fundraising proposals and reports
• Coaching and developing team members to support their professional learning

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 - 7 years of national fundraising experience, with at least 3 years at the senior level
• Proven ability to write winning funding proposals to national, corporate, local, and high net-worth individuals
• Track record of successful donor solicitation, ideally with experience raising $10M or more
