As IMPACT's Director of Content / Managing Editor, you will oversee our company's daily publishing operations across all content verticals evergreen content, breaking news, IMPACT+ curriculum, original research, video, podcast programming, and more. This will include working closely with the IMPACT Editor in Chief on developing and executing the overall content vision, as well as the hiring, coaching, and supervising of all content department personnel.

This is an ideal position for a self-starting, detail-oriented, out-of-the-box thinker who has a knack for strategy and process development and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Location
This is a remote position.
Salary Range
$80,000 - $110,000 based on experience.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and oversee all daily publishing operations for IMPACT.
- Hire, mentor, coach, and supervise 5-7 publishing department personnel.
- Work closely with the Editor in Chief to develop and determine content substance and direction, and execute against our publishing vision and overall purpose.
