Job Summary
A science and technology solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Managing Editor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assign work and manage workload for a team of experienced writers and editors
- Oversee the quality of work products
- Review and evaluate products for content, style, and tone
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, or related field
- 5 years’ experience managing a team of communications professionals and complex communications projects
- Must have knowledge of style guides and Section 508 compliance
- Expertise in print and digital communications and an exceptional ability as a writer and editor
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
