Job Summary

A communications technology company has an open position for a Remote Managing Solution Architect.

Must be able to:

• Consult with the Sales Team during client assessment, needs analysis and client meetings
• Attract, Engage, Develop, and Retain a team of high-performing CX solution architects
• Assure CX technical competency and completeness of material presented to prospects

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Math, Business Administration, Engineer, Computer Science is required
• CX technical experience required
• Overall technical CX leadership is required
• Strong leadership, management, and coaching skills
• Advanced technical aptitude in assigned and complementary solutions
