Job Summary

An information and communications technology company has a current position open for a Remote Managing Solution Architect.

Must be able to:

• Coach CX team members to continued improved performance and ensure alignment to go-to-market, solution selling approaches and overall sales strategies
• Communicate with other members of the pre-sales/sales organization to develop training initiatives that will enhance the effectiveness of the sales (both outside and inside) personnel
• Work with customers to define implementation projects including requirements gathering, management of vendors, personnel and other resources

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Math, Business Administration, Engineer, Computer Science is required
• CX technical experience requred
• Strong leadership, management, and coaching skills
• Good project and time management skills
• Advanced technical aptitude in assigned and complementary solutions
