Job Summary
A university has a current position open for a Remote Mandarin Chinese Program Tutorial Assistant in Baltimore.
Must be able to:
- Monitor student progress
- Converse with students in Mandarin Chinese via Skype
- Assist students in improving their writing skills
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrated ability to teach students to develop their written and conversational skills in Chinese
- Native-like proficiency in Mandarin Chinese language
- High school diploma/GED required
- Experience teaching students from diverse backgrounds
- Must have a computer with broadband Internet access
- Familiarity with Online education technologies a plus, such as Moodle, Adobe Connect and Skype
