Job Summary

A robotics company is in need of a Remote Manipulation and Grasping Simulation Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing arm trajectory planning with collision avoidance in simulation
  • Providing restricted trajectory planning
  • Maintaining and improving URDF

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of experience in robotics simulation (e.g. MoveIt, ODE, bullet)
  • Experience with trajectory planning for robot arm and grippers with collision avoidance
  • Theoretical background in forward/inverse kinematics, force/form closure
  • ROS skills
