Job Summary
A content delivery network and cloud service provider is seeking a Remote Manual Network Tester and QA Engineer II in Fort Lauderdale.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Manually testing the performance, reliability, scalability, security and functionality of DDOS mitigation and reporting applications
- Partnering with highly technical individuals utilizing best software test practices in a collaborative and agile environment
- Performing manual testing on security products
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2 years of relevant experience and Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, another related field or its equivalent
- Demonstrated experience working on Linux or a Unix based OS
- Demonstrated good manual testing experience on distributed systems built in various software languages
- Demonstrated familiarity with shell, Perl or Python scripting
- Possession of experience testing network focused applications
- Demonstrated ability to write test plans, test cases, test documentation and bug reports
