Job Summary
A manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Manufacturing Customer Delivery Americas Finance Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Directing the Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecasts and the Annual Strategic Plan for the OCOS portion of the North America region
- Partnering with Strategic Sourcing, Global Operations, and other organizations to drive cost reduction projects
- Identifying and implementing tools to manage the business, provide visibility into key metrics that drive operating performance
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ plus years of prior related experience
- Working knowledge of ERP and Financial reporting systems such as JD Edwards, Hyperion, Essbase
- Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior experience with reporting from a large ERP system
- Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives, including problem identification & resolution
