Job Summary
A company that delivers materials science, tooling and wear-resistant solutions is seeking a Remote Manufacturing Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing support to both customers and internal departments
- Facilitating requests from both customers and internal sales for pricing, order entry, order expedite, etc
- Working with other departments to ensure a smooth transition of orders through the system
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1 - 5+ years of experience within the customer service field
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong written and oral communications
