Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote Manufacturing Division Application Consultant in Fort Worth.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping our customers develop the knowledge and confidence to use our products
- Having a direct and positive impact on the Return on Investment (ROI) customers receive
- Providing implementation consultation, project management and support services to our customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel to customer locations to deliver consulting services approximately 50% of the time
- Communicate effectively and build consensus with clients
- Assist in the development and documentation of best practice recommendations
- Recognize and address gaps between our applications and the business practices of the client
- Previous experience with the Macola or MAX ERP applications
- Work independently with a high sense of urgency
