Job Summary
An IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Manufacturing Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Redlining and updating technical mechanical/electrical drawings
- Maintaining and improving QC checklists and overall QC system
- Writing and maintaining procedures and related documentation for all processes of manufacturing
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 7+ Years or relevant experience in Electromechanical Products
- Knowledge of Excel, Visio, Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and
- Inventor, Autodesk Vault -OR- Python, Java, SQL, other scripting languages
- Source, negotiate and manage relationship with key vendors
- Liaise with vendors during acceptance testing procedures and final sign off for release
