Job Summary

A manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Manufacturing Industry Talent Acquisition and Mobility Senior Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Understand the company strategy and performance
• Identify enterprise wide talent acquisition needs and develop methodologies to recruit the appropriate talent
• Determine the effectiveness of the current recruitment programs in terms of substance, impact, cost and end result

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree
• 15+ years of human resources experience with significant experience in managing a talent acquisition function
• Experience leading APAC Talent Acquisition
• Experience leading a Global Talent Acquisition function linking together various regions into a cohesive approach
• Experience working in highly complex technology industry
• Previous RPO or RPO management experience
