Job Summary

A manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Manufacturing Parts Customer Experience Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Processing parts orders
  • Providing technical expertise related to parts
  • Recommending parts, option or accessories that meet customers' needs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Associates degree
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • 1-2 years of technical service and/or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and a strong mechanical aptitude
  • Previous experience in trouble shooting, analyzing, and diagnosing mechanical problems and repairs
  • Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics and engineering drawings as well as read blueprints
