Job Summary
A manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Manufacturing Parts Customer Experience Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Processing parts orders
- Providing technical expertise related to parts
- Recommending parts, option or accessories that meet customers' needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associates degree
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
- 1-2 years of technical service and/or customer service experience
- Knowledge of hydraulics and a strong mechanical aptitude
- Previous experience in trouble shooting, analyzing, and diagnosing mechanical problems and repairs
- Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics and engineering drawings as well as read blueprints
