Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Manufacturing Talent Recruiter in Roanoke.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading detailed job scope meetings with the hiring leader
• Sourcing candidates via resume databases, etc
• Reviewing candidates who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System

Qualifications for this position include:

• Ability to work on-site as needed
• 2+ years recruiting experience
• Experience in high volume recruitment
• Experience using ATS/social media tools
