Job Summary

A healthcare management organization is filling a position for a Remote Market Access Corporate Recruiter in Yardley.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop a working knowledge of departments in order to quickly identify hiring needs at the department level
• Develop pipeline of talent, specifically for frequently filled positions
• Partner with leaders across the company to define requirements for new and current positions

Qualifications Include:

• 6-10 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
• Proven history of recruiting and building talent communities in life sciences
• Ability to forge relationships with external candidates as well as across internal business verticals
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to build clear job specifications and descriptions
• Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments
