Job Summary
A consumer electronics retail company is in need of a Remote Market Associate Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Utilizes systems when partnering with Customer Contact Group and Account Managers where applicable to help continue to grow accounts and provide a differentiating experience for our customers
- Engage with end users as well as retail partners to provide a superior multi-channel shopping experience
- Meet and exceed monthly financial targets through the execution of product and solution sales over the phone
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 or more years of experience building complex solutions
- 2 or more years of sales experience OR customer service experience
- 1 or more years of experience in Client Relationship Management (CRM)
- 2 or more years of sales experience with technology products, applications and services
