Job Summary

A health and dental insurance provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Market Expansion Strategic Planner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the business side of talent acquisition
  • Driving and guiding engagement from key influencers
  • Designing, developing, and facilitating work sessions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel: approximately 25% in 2019 with a decrease after 2019
  • Bachelor's degree, noted clinical licensure, or equivalent experience in a closely-related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and remote communication software
  • Ability to provide thought leadership in support of business direction
  • Ability to drives development of holistic solutions and/or key strategic plans
