Remote Market Insight Manager

Job Summary

A marketing and product management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Market Insight Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working with the VP of market strategy, to create a set of empathy maps / personas for our target customers/users
• Driving creation of a library of highlight reels that showcase important usages of company's products
• Creating a regular cadence of studies that convert into marketing reports and news commentary opportunities

Position Requirements Include:

• At least five years of relevant experience in qualitative customer research
• Ability to shift quickly between multiple priorities, and balance fire drills against longer-term projects
• Demosntrated comfort creating “quick and dirty” marketing proof studies
• Proven great understanding of the needs and processes of B2B sales teams
• Ability to conduct discovery interviews as appropriate and create finding reports for use by exec team
