A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Market Intelligence Software Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the growth of the portfolio of our North American client base
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of clients' business challenges
- Establishing and maintaining client relationships with key decision-makers with a strategic focus
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years experience in enterprise Saas or marketing technology account management role
- Subject matter expertise in Social Media Analytics, Digital Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Business Intelligence
- Proven track record of delivery in a customer success environment
- Proven ability to develop champions at a strategic level
- Outstanding writer and communicator with strong presentation and analytical skills
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients across multiple teams and regions
