Job Summary

A company that provides real estate services has an open position for a Remote Market Ops Broker.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Partner with the Brokerage and Customer Experience teams on the day to day operations
• Support local market teams in understanding brokerage compliance, contractual obligation, and best practices
• Assist with customer/broker escalations

Qualifications Include:

• 7+ years of experience in the real estate industry
• Licensed Broker
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude

• Passion for working well with different types of people, you excel at situational awareness and building trust
