Job Summary

A technology consulting firm is seeking a Remote Market Research and Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct research on relevant markets and competitive firms
• Must be able to collect large amounts of data on other business’s, companies, firm, and more
• Providing market intelligence expertise to contribute to the strategy and business development organization

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other related field
• 5+ years' experience in market research, competitive intelligence, and M&A deal lifecycle
• Experience with go/no-go and/or investment decisions
• Market, industry, and competition savvy in relevant areas of Defense and Intelligence markets
• Experience supporting complex financial deals with a keen eye for detail
• Experience translating market understanding and discovery into deal targeting
