Job Summary

A market research company is in need of a Remote Market Research Business Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identify and quantify strategic growth opportunities and operational improvements
  • Design sustainable solutions and align varying audiences during change management initiatives
  • Develop scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or other related fields or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years work experience in a relevant field
  • A track record of leveraging data for business impact
  • A history of developing business cases for growth opportunities and operational improvement
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides experience
  • Advanced SQL and/or data visualization tools experience
