An analytics and market research company has an open position for a Remote Market Research Call Center Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys over the phone
- Record the responses you receive with accuracy
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to listen and comprehend respondent answers and accurately and efficiently
- Ability to efficiently type answers into the Company’s survey software platform
- Windows machine running Windows 10 OR Mac computer running a recent version of MAC OS
