Job Summary

MaritzCX is looking for market researchers to work from home. We offer paid training and flexible schedules. You will be making outbound consumer/residential calls using a predictive dialer.

The Details:
You will be calling customers to find out if they were satisfied with a recent customer service experience with our client. Calls will be fast-paced and on average our interviewers process 20.5 completes per hour.

We currently pay minimum wage by state but offer up to $1.00 increase after your first 60 days based on performance and attendance. We also provide monthly incentives where gift cards can be earned based on performance.

You will need:
-High Speed Internet Service
-Reliable phone service
-Noise canceling/Binaural headsets (two ear)
-Quiet workstation free of distraction

Schedule:

Schedules submitted weekly to work around any personal obligations.
20 hours/week requirement, 28 hours max. Weekends required if 20 hours not met Monday through Friday.
This position requires evening shift hours only.

Monday through Friday:
*The Minimum weekday shift is 4 hours. The maximum weekday shift is 7.5 hours.
The earliest start time is 1pm PT/2pm MT/3pm CT/4pm ET
The latest start time is 4pm PT/5pm MT/6pm CT/7pm ET
The latest shift lasts until 9pm PT/10pm MT/11pm CT/12am ET

Saturday:
The earliest start time is 8am PT/9am MT/10am CT/11am ET
The latest start time is 9am PT/10am MT/11am CT/12pm ET
The latest shift lasts until 12pm PT /1pm MT/2pm CT/3pm ET

Sunday:
*The minimum shift is 3 hours. The maximum shift is 4 hours.
The earliest start time is 11am PT/12pm MT/1pm CT/2pm ET
The latest start time is 12pm PT/1pm MT/2pm CT/3pm ET
The latest shift lasts until 3pm PT/4pm MT/5pm CT/6pm ET


We are looking for someone who can work 20 hours to 28 hours per week during our operating hours.
