Job Summary

MaritzCX is looking for market researchers to work from home. We offer paid training and flexible schedules. You will be making outbound consumer/residential calls using a predictive dialer.

The Details:
You will be calling customers to find out if they were satisfied with a recent customer service experience with our client. Calls will be fast-paced and on average our interviewers process 20.5 completes per hour.

We currently pay minimum wage by state but offer up to $1.00 increase after your first 60 days based on performance and attendance. We also provide monthly incentives where gift cards can be earned based on performance.

You will need:
-High Speed Internet Service
-Reliable phone service
-Noise canceling/Binaural headsets (two ear)
-Quiet workstation free of distraction

Operating Hours:
Monday through Friday 1-9 Pacific time zone
Saturday 8-12 Pacific time zone
Sunday 11-3 Pacific time zone

We are looking for someone who can work 20 hours to 28 hours per week during our operating hours.
