An evidence-based consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Market Research Senior Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Attending project briefings and debriefs on projects
- Performing primarily project recruiting
- Conducting daily reminder calls for scheduled research engagements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in recruiting and/or panel growth in the market research industry
- Microsoft Office with specific strength in Excel including advanced functions and reporting
- Online research skills
- Must possess strong active listening skills, with an ability to effectively influence and engage respondents
- Ability to stay highly engaged while working from home
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively
