Remote Market Researcher

Job Summary

A provider of online grocery delivery services is filling a position for a Remote Market Researcher.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on areas such as consumer behavior
• Design, field and analyze surveys with customers and survey panels
• Advocate for customer needs based off research findings

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience with market research and customer insights
• Demonstrated skill with both quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Experience presenting research findings to diverse audiences
• A degree in Marketing, Sociology, Anthropology, related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with self-service survey tools, such as SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics or Alchemer
