A direct-to-consumer mattress and bedding brand has an open position for a Remote Marketing Affiliate and Digital Partnerships Head.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Creating strategies to optimize and grow our affiliate program
• Leading a dedicated team, and work cross-functionally with teams
• Translating a yearly calendar of promotions and communications efforts

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of affiliate and partnership marketing experience
• Experience in affiliate networking programs
• Knowledge of Impact and Google Analytics
• Proven performance in e-commerce, sales, negotiation and analytics
• Ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood data stories
• Strong knowledge of analytics, tracking parameters/pixels, and reporting in Google Analytics
