Job Summary
A company that developed a global payroll, tax, HR and compliance solution for distributed teams has an open position for a Remote Marketing Analytics Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with engineering teams to develop advertising solutions
- Help the Performance Marketing team make data driven decisions when it comes to spotting trends, shaping plans, measuring effectiveness & tracking performance metrics
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our performance marketing activity turns into customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of core digital marketing channels
- Knowledge of Paid Search, Organic Search/SEO, Display, Paid Social, Affiliates
- Understanding of how to leverage their potential through the implementation of advanced technical solutions
- Ability to proactively analyze data, identify trends and develop recommendations for changes
- Ability to ensure activity across marketing campaign funnels and customer behaviour flows are tagged and tracked accurately
