Job Summary

A real estate company is filling a position for a Remote Marketing Analytics Senior Data Scientist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Helping make big and crucial decisions about how to use our marketing firepower efficiently
• Formulating and applying mathematical modeling and other optimization methods
• Maintaining, enhancing, and developing statistical models for performance forecasts

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of experience with a proven ability to generate insights and clear recommendations for action
• Proficiency in Python or R
• Extensive experience in statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
• Expert-level SQL and Excel skills
• Experience working with big data in database platforms
• Brilliant communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas clearly to a nontechnical audience
