Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Marketing and Digital Analytics Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Upholding and expanding on a framework for capturing, measuring, and reporting sales and marketing KPIs like engagement, website traffic, leads, and conversion rates
- Assisting the digital marketing team with A/B and multivariate testing using data and analysis
- Formulating approaches to more complex analytics opportunities like multi-touch marketing attribution and customer journey mapping opportunities, and lifetime value
Qualifications for this position include:
- An expert level understanding of web analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics or Heap Analytics) and tag management, programming languages (like SAS or SQL), testing and targeting tools (like Google Optimizer or Adobe Test & Target), data visualization (e.g. Tableau), and social media measurement as well
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment where multiple complex projects are happening at once
- Driven by a burning need to build something from nothing
- Ability to speak both analytics and marketing languages
