Job Summary

A premier mortgage banker is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator in Pewaukee.

Must be able to:

  • Act as a secondary back-up for the marketing CRM system (Surefire 3.0)
  • Develop concepts for collateral materials
  • Assist in the maintenance of the marketing folders, policies and procedures, including approval and compliance guidelines and archives

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field
  • Internship or 2 years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, etc.), and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design), WordPress and HTML
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite of programs to swiftly and successfully reshape concepts across print and digital collateral
  • Ability to generate original art and written materials that meet brand standards
