Job Summary
A residential living community needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Marketing and Outreach Manager in Salem.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Meet, greet and establish rapport with individuals inquiring about our services
- Provide creative and meaningful outreach
- Provide tours for prospective residents/families that highlight our services, lifestyle, and the benefits
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Several years Senior Living Sales experience required
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel and use of a CRM as part of the sales process
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments
