Remote Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Marketing Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requests by email and social media
• Handle logistics around organizing/attending online or offline events
• Assist team members with day to day marketing tasks

Required Skills:

• Face-to-face time with the whole team on all-expense paid retreats 2x year
• Able to travel to events and conferences should it be required
• Exceptional eye for detail and organization
• Comfortable preparing, publishing, and distributing digital marketing materials
• Experience of working in a similar role in a software company
• Knowledge and/or working experience with Hubspot, Mailchimp, Google docs, Asana, and similar.
