Job Summary

A title insurance company has an open position for a Remote Marketing Assistant in Santa Ana.

Must be able to:

  • Coordinate between sales and internal marketing resources
  • Assist with new marketing requests to eliminate redundancies and ensure timely completion
  • Perform various marketing duties in support of product marketing

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced level WP, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Software skills
  • Must be detail oriented; able to track a variety of assignments simultaneously
  • Must be able to work effectively in a stressful, time-sensitive environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years administrative support experience
