Job Summary
A global enterprise technology platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Marketing Associate General Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing marketing and advertisement materials
- Supporting marketing offers and promotional initiatives
- Developing and reviewing claim substantiation and supporting methodologies
Qualifications for this position include:
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Current license to practice law in state where attorney’s office will be located or another state
- Minimum 8 years post law school and relevant marketing law experience
- Background must include direct experience reviewing and advising on marketing and advertising content
- Excellent writing, drafting, and verbal communications skills
- Organizational, time-management and prioritization capabilities
