Job Summary

A global enterprise technology platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Marketing Associate General Counsel.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing marketing and advertisement materials
• Supporting marketing offers and promotional initiatives
• Developing and reviewing claim substantiation and supporting methodologies

Qualifications for this position include:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Current license to practice law in state where attorney’s office will be located or another state
• Minimum 8 years post law school and relevant marketing law experience
• Background must include direct experience reviewing and advising on marketing and advertising content
• Excellent writing, drafting, and verbal communications skills
• Organizational, time-management and prioritization capabilities
