Job Summary
A security platform company has a current position open for a Remote Marketing Automation Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify optimization opportunities to the existing attribution model, lifecycle, lead scoring, nurture, and data enrichment programs
- Own database management and cleanliness in order to accurately segment audiences
- Manage and execute scalable and repeatable operational processes for marketing programs and campaigns
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience includes 2-3 years of marketing at a high-growth B2B organization
- Know your way around Marketo and are comfortable executing campaigns with tight deadlines
- 3-5 years of Marketo experience, both campaign and operations management
- Outstanding communicator with an ability to connect the dots and identify any potential roadblocks for program execution
- Highly process-driven with excellent follow-up skills and great attention to detail
- Possess a mindset rooted in consistent and continuous improvement
