Job Summary

A non-profit healthcare provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Marketing Budget and Contract Coordinator.

Must be able to:

• Assist in coordinating with both internal and external resources focused on supporting national marketing budget management, national/division contracts, division-level Business Mix Analysis (BMA) insights, value capture/synergy tracking and nationally scaled marketing campaigns
• Align logistical elements of operational budgets, programs and campaigns in support of the national marketing team and division marketing leaders
• Work in close collaboration with leadership to provide support to budget processes, contracts updates and financial tracking in alignment with company’s mission

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance or a related field or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in marketing, finance or business related role
• Budgeting experience strongly preferred
• Ability to review, edit and work with legal department on vendor contracts
• Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills to promptly navigate obstacles, resolve issues, and effectively advocate for programs
• Proven working experience in business, finance and/or marketing particularly within the industry
