Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment agency is in need of a Remote Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate with cross functional teams on pre/post target audience activities
• Collaborate with business partners and team members to ensure alignment with campaign requirements
• Assist in campaign measurement, metrics and insights

Required Skills:

• Education/Training: Four year college degree in marketing, IT or related field
• 1-3 years using Acoustic toolset (previously called Silverpop, IBM Marketing Cloud)
• Experience analyzing data and working with multiple data systems
• Understanding of database concepts, relational tables and SQL
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail
