A marketing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Marketing Client Experience Representative in St Cloud.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting buyers with placement of online store orders
• Assisting in order entry and tracking process of all orders
• Recording all customer issues on Tracking Log

Qualifications for this position include:

• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to effectively manage all customer service inquiries
• Ability to act as the voice of the company through phone, email and chat
• Superior Computer proficiency- MS Office Suite
