A marketing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Marketing Client Experience Representative in St Cloud.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting buyers with placement of online store orders
- Assisting in order entry and tracking process of all orders
- Recording all customer issues on Tracking Log
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to effectively manage all customer service inquiries
- Ability to act as the voice of the company through phone, email and chat
