Job Summary

A leading diversified media company has an open position for a Remote Marketing Client Success Supervisor in Austin.

Must be able to:

• Oversee a set of accounts managed by a team of Client Success Managers
• Manage accounts from strategic planning through campaign reconciliation and wrap up
• Overee process and workflow

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
• 4-5 years’ experience in a client-facing role related to digital media/marketing
• Experience in DSPs/Programmatic, Paid Social, Paid Search, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, TapClicks
• Process-oriented
• Quick learner who can absorb and understand information
• Intrinsic and unwavering sense of accountability and ownership
