Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company has a current position open for a Remote Marketing Communications Specialist in the Detroit Area.

Must be able to:

  • Receive and respond to inbound live chats
  • Effectively balance multiple chats simultaneously
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be available to complete their on-site training for 4 to 8 weeks during day shift hours
  • Must live within 100 miles of Detroit, Michigan
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience
  • Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills
