Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company has a current position open for a Remote Marketing Communications Specialist in the Detroit Area.
Must be able to:
- Receive and respond to inbound live chats
- Effectively balance multiple chats simultaneously
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be available to complete their on-site training for 4 to 8 weeks during day shift hours
- Must live within 100 miles of Detroit, Michigan
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience
- Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills
- Able to participate in any required training/industry-specific certifications
